Radar

Every week what's new, what's rising, what's dead — and security alerts. No hype.

The Radar is our weekly scan of X, YouTube, GitHub, Hacker News and Reddit. What’s here is news; once something is stable and useful enough, it gets a real lesson.

  • Mem0 had a vulnerability (26 Oct); fixed in Python 2.0.18 / TypeScript 3.1.6.
  • OpenClaw still ships weekly security patches; publicly exposed instances remain the biggest risk.
  • Hermes Mobile — official closed beta from Nous Research (iOS TestFlight + Android), full within a day.
  • Herdr desktop app and herdr-core (29 Oct) — the multiplexer for coding agents is growing fast.
  • T3 Code 0.1.6 (31 Oct) — including mobile apps to drive Claude Code and Codex remotely.
  • Cursor Agent SDK (20 Oct) and n8n 3.0 beta (27 Oct; stable expected in December).
  • New model generations from every major lab in September-October: GPT-6.1, Claude 5.5, Gemini 4 Carbon, Grok 4.7.
  • Mistral Large 4 open weights (29 Oct) — interesting as a European alternative.

Big-tech agents like OpenAI Dots, Meta Muse, Claude Duet and Gemini Spark are not (yet) available in NL/EU. Want a 24/7 agent today? Look at Hermes Agent, OpenClaw or OpenBot.

  • Sora — app and API shut down.
  • ChatGPT Atlas (browser) — shut down in August.
  • Jules (Google) — ends 31 December; Gemini CLI no longer free (→ Antigravity).
  • Llama — Meta continues under the Muse name.
